The Warrior Leader Class
The Warrior Leader is a class by Kyle Defoor and Sayoc Tactical Group that teaches communication, leadership, and planning principles of Special Operations forces to Fortune 500 Company executives. Special Operation combat veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan take students through a multitude of skills culminating in a full scale exercise totally planned and executed by the students. This course incorporates team work and leadership guidelines that transfer from the battlefield to the board room.

Looks like good training. Any meat eaters out of the bunch? haha
Dude, you guys ever need some OpFor in N.C., hit me up.
Looks like a great course, I agree with Nate any chance of an East Coast based course?
p.s. who makes that hat?
East coast based class is easy. Just email me (defoor@cox.net) for details.
Hat is Firstlite...more on them coming soon.
Sort of sad to see this. There's dignity in weapons training for civilians, even if 50% are taking the class as a fantasy camp.
But paintball disguised as leadership training? We all have to make a living, so supposed I do understand.
Should have written "so I suppose I do understand."
Anonymous (?),
I'm not disguising anything.'Paintball' is only about 10% of this course. The majority of the course is geared toward putting people in leadership roles and having them make decisions that impact others.
I can assure you that I do not have "to make a living" off of this course. I am fortunate enough to make a living on multi-year contracts conducting training for the military and DOD.
The reason I conduct this class with my friends from Sayoc is twofold;
1) We were approached and asked to do it based on past performance.
2) (Most Important) Right now our country owes .40 of every dollar to China who holds the vast majority of our debt. The GDP of the United States currently can not, and will not- unless something changes, possibly cover the debt. That change will have to take place on Wall Street and in the board rooms of America's biggest business', and with some Congressional help.
Recent studies have found that corporate America can learn from SOME lessons we have learned on the battlefield. Those lessons basically break down to leadership principles and decision making under stress. So, I'm doing what I can to help in any small way.
BTW, basic man shit-
1) sign your name to critiques or comments.
2) don't fight with keyboards
3) don't go near something (my site) you don't like
Hugs & kisses,
Kyle
I accept reason no. 1, but saying you are doing it to help corporate America is a stretch.
I like your site, or I wouldn't follow it. If it continues to be posts about leadership training to corporate executives, I won't.
I wouldn't let myself get worked up over one post, though.

Dear Robert Denard,
I am sensing you are angry at something. Obviously it's not Kyle.
How long have you been laid off from work?
Divorced?
How old were you when your parents divorced? Any abuse?
It's ok to cry.
(Dont pick a fight with a Navy Seal. It's like punching a bear. It never turns out great.
